Microsoft has announced that Forza Street, a free-to-play mobile racing game, will be coming to iOS later this year. The game will feature racing optimized for touch control racing for iPhone and iPad, where drivers will collect cars and race through the streets of Miami.
The game is available today for Windows 10 devices and no timeline was given on when it will actually land for iOS. It is aimed however at being a truly mobile racing game. In Forza Street in campaign mode, races only last one minute. That makes it easy to have a race while you are on the go without having to commit significant amounts of time to have a race. The game is the first in the Forza franchise to land on mobile devices and is part of the larger effort of Microsoft to get their marque name products outside of the Windows or Xbox platforms only.
