Apple has announced that the World Wide Developer Conference, WWDC, will be held June 3-7, 2019 at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California. The developer event, now in its 30th year, will have tickets go on sale March 20, 2019 on the official site for the conference. Tickets for the event are extremely limited and will go on sale at 5:00 pm Pacific on the 20th.

It brings thousands of the most creative and dedicated developers from around the world together with over a thousand Apple engineers to learn about our latest platform innovations and to connect as a community,” said Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “Our developers are incredibly passionate about creating the next generation of mind-blowing experiences for the world through apps. This year’s conference is expected to have several announcements related to Apple’s platforms. iOS 13 is expected to be announced on the opening day. The next major update to macOS, version 10.15 is also expected to be announced. We will also see WatchOS 6 be introduced. Along with these new versions, Apple will give developers insights into new APIs and other platform specific features that they can leverage in their own apps on these new versions.
